Automated confirmation messages are sent out via text & email. Emails are received 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Text confirmations are received 72 hours prior to your appointment.  It is important to respond to your text confirmation. Any unconfirmed appointments may be canceled.

We understand life is busy and sometimes hectic, as a courtesy to you we provide appointment confirmations via email & text. However, this is not guaranteed as our computer system may be down for maintenance, updates, or we may not have the correct/current contact information. Please make sure to provide us with any changes to your contact information. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of appointments to avoid any penalty fees.
