Kurlykoils takes pride in our partnerships with high quality services and products. Due to the high demand of our exclusive services and our small team, we have created policies to ensure every client receives an experience that is satisfactory and consistent. We like to think of our policies as a way to keep our team consistent in the way your services are provided and provide us with structure.
We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit for our services and $100 non-refundable deposit for color services. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we need minimum 48-hour notice. If you need to reschedule or alter your appointment in any way after the 48-hour mark has passed, you will forfeit the deposit. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged for the full appointment. An invoice will be sent and must be paid for you to be able to book with us in the future. Please be aware that if you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to do your service and may be subjected cancellation fee. As an appointment-based business, we appreciate your understanding and support of this company policy.
We understand life is busy and sometimes hectic, as a curtesy to you we provide appointment confirmations via email & text. However, this is not guaranteed as our computer system may be down for maintenance, updates, or we may not have the correct/current contact information. Please make sure to provide us with any changes to your contact information. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of appointments to avoid any penalty fees. All sales at Kurlykoils are final.
Before your appointment:
Client must be at least 13 years old. We ask that you don’t bring any guest with you as our salon operates in a small space. We ask that you come with your hair detangled (not for an Express Cut). Excessive (matted) tangled hair is time consuming and will be subjected to a detangling fee.
If your child is getting a service, you’re welcome to come in, meet your stylist and align your expectations. We will let you know when to come back.
During your appointment:
Please help yourself to any refreshments in our salon. Please be considerate of people enjoying their service in our salon when using your cell phone. Headphones are required to keep our client experience consistent.
