More time is spent with new clients so that we are able to properly evaluate your hair. The higher price is to allot for that time. All new clients receive a detox treatment to remove any impurities from the hair and a scalp scrub and/or a conditioning treatment.

We consider trims and cuts to be the same. Please book a cut if you’re needing a trim. 

48 hour cancellation is required for all appointments. Deposits are nonrefundable. No call no shows and same day cancellations will be charged for the full appointment price.

Yes, excess detangling outside the allotted time will be subjected to a $50 fee.

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call the salon at (317) 974-9082. If you are 30 minutes late, we will not be able service you and the full service amount is due before you are able to return.

No guests are allowed to come with you for the duration of your service. There is a nice restaurant next door if someone needs to come with you.
